Warranty Terms :
Marjan Fiberglass Products Factory Company guarantees Richmond Central Water Heaters against manufacturing defects
According to the following conditions:
– A five-year warranty from the date of the invoice on the internal tank from leaking, and it must be installed
The heater is on a base to protect it from water, because the warranty does not include rust.
– Two-year warranty on electrical spare parts.
– The heater must be installed under a canopy or in a closed place and the heater must be protected from extreme temperatures
Freezing and not installing it outdoors under direct sunlight and not adhering to this makes The heater is out of warranty.
-The heater must be filled with water before first operation or after long periods of downtime. Turn on the heater
Dry or without water, it exposes it to damage and burning of the spark plugs, and is outside the warranty.
– The above instructions do not cover all installation and care requirements for the heater and the user must read the manual The instructions attached to the heater are in Arabic and English.
– The warranty is valid provided that you follow the manufacturer’s instructions included with the heater.
This warranty starts from the date of purchase invoice and the invoice must be retained to obtain warranty service.
